Improve your health and productivity by rotating positions
Did you know that 70% of the population spends an average of 7 to 8 hours a day sitting down? The human body is designed for movement. Yet modern life and working from home often confine us to spending long hours sat down in a chair. This sedentary lifestyle is not without health risks. Find out why switching to a sit-stand desk can transform your working day, improving both your physical wellbeing and efficiency.

Adopt the right posture

Screen adjustment:
The height of the screen should be at eye level, and slightly tilted. The distance from the screen must be equal to the length of the outstretched arm.
Arm positioning:
When resting the hand on the table, the elbow should make a right angle. Your shoulders should be relaxed and your forearms parallel to the ground. There's little strain on the wrists
Positioning of the feet:
Feet should be firmly planted on the ground, spread so as to form a triangle between the legs and pelvis.
How can postures be effectively alternated?
For every 60 minutes of work:
• Stay seated for 45 minutes
• Stand for 10 minutes
• Move and stretch for the remaining 5 minutes
and standing to maximise your wellbeing!
